Appeals against a Sentence of a Curfew Order enforced by Electronic Monitoring

These should be handled in a manner similar to appeals against any other kind of sentence. This means that the sentence is carried out until such time as the appellate court rules in favour of or against the appeal, unless the sentencing court grants a stay pending appeal.
